New Student Orientation Program Launched
With the objectives to provide new trainees with the fundamental information they need
during their study and training and to assist them in making a smooth and exciting
transition to healthcare programs in preparation for gainful employment here and abroad,
CHP Dagupan launched its New Student Orientation Program (NSOP).

CHP Dagupan Inspected for TESDA Re-registration of Courses
CHP Dagupan was one of the first training centers inspected by Technical Education & Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for the re-registration and accreditation of its courses. TESDA continues to conduct compliance audit to ensure that its training and competency qualifications and standards are met by the training centers.

TESDA Scholars Started Training at CHP Dagupan
Six scholars from Lingayen and three from San Jacinto started attending their 6-month
Caregiver training this month. Lingayen Mayor Jonas Castaņeda and San Jacinto Mayor
Rolando Columbres awarded Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (PGMA) scholarship certificates
to the scholars in cooperation with the Technical Education & Skills Development
Authority (TESDA). These scholars enjoy a free 6-month Caregiver tuition at CHP.

CHP Dagupan Held 7th Graduation & Recognition Rites
Last April 27, 2007 was CHP Dagupan's 7th Graduation & Awarding Ceremonies for its 10th
batch of Caregiver graduates and the 3rd batch of Nursing Aide graduates at the Lenox
Hotel in Dagupan City. Guest speaker was Dagupan City Vice-Mayor Alvin D. Fernandez.

100 % Passing Rate for CHP's IELTS Reviewees
IELTS reviewees from CHP Dagupan scored high in a series of IELTS examinations conducted
by IDP Australia and the British Council in Manila and Baguio City last March and April
2007. Most of CHP's IELTS reviewees are nurses from the Fil-Overseas Employment Services,
Inc who are preparing to work in the US. The over-all band scores of the successful
examinees range from 6.5 to 7.5.
