CHP Dagupan signed a 1-year contract with the Center for Professional Continuing Education on Healthcare, Inc. (CPCE). CPCE shall be the partner of CHP in providing the Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for the latter's caregiver trainees.

This is CHP Dagupan's theme for its 4th year Anniversary celebration on March 10-14, 2008, a way of giving recognition and importance to its caregiver trainees and graduates who have been extending professional care to their clients and patients.

Ernel B.de los Santos, a graduating trainee, represented CHP for this year's Pangasinan Association of Caregiver Training Institutions or PACTI's Caregiver Skills Competition held last August 24, 2007 at the DWAD Gymnasium in Dagupan City. De los Santos made it to the Finals after competing with four (4) other caregiver trainees from various Caregiver schools in Dagupan in the Elimination Round for the Adult CPR Category.

Rosemarie Pasoquen, CHP Dagupan Branch Administrator was elected as one of the officers of Pangasinan Association of Caregiver Training Institutions (PACTI) during the organization's general assembly and elections on September 12, 2007. Pasoquen is elected Secretary and will serve for the next term 2008-2009.

The annual Hotel Familiarization Tour of the Caregiver trainees was held at Dagupan's Lenox Hotel on September 29-30, 2007. This 2-day special and unique activity of CHP is part of the center's learning program for the modules Personality Development & Home Hygiene & Safety.
