CHP Practical Nursing trainees were among those selected to attend the Induction Program of Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) Pangasinan-Dagupan City- San Carlos City Chapter on March 23, 2007 for its new set of officers headed by its Chairman, Mrs. Elmina D. Fernandez, wife of Dagupan City Mayor Alipio Fernandez, Jr.


The guest of honor was Mrs. Gina Vera Perez -De Venecia who pledged to give financial assistance to PMHA's construction of a home care facility for its clients. Dagupan City's former Vice-Mayor Alvin Fernandez was one of the distinguished guests together with city officials and heads of various NGOs.


CHP Practical Nursing trainees had their on the-job training at PMHA from November 2006 to March 2007 as part of the course's requirements for the subject Mental Health Nursing.
